Hosting in Germany

The platform is operated by IONOS in Germany – in the provider’s ISO 27001 certified data centres.

Processing in the EU & DPA

Your data is processed within the EU. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is confirmed when the contract is concluded.

Protected login & 2FA

When logging in from a new device, a confirmation code is required – by email or optionally via two-factor authentication (2FA) with Microsoft or Google Authenticator. After several failed attempts, access is locked.

Encrypted transmission

All data between browser and platform is transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS/TLS).

Client separation & roles

Each customer’s data is kept separate. Roles and groups determine who can see which audits, actions and organisations.

No tracking in the platform

The platform only uses technically necessary cookies – no analytics or advertising cookies.

AI & data protection

AI that respects your data.

The Audit Manager’s AI features run on Microsoft Azure OpenAI in the Frankfurt data centre. They are only used when you request them – and every suggestion is reviewed by a person.
